The quality of the food in the main restaurant was in need of help especially with the pricing of our meals..purchase real eggs not substitute eggs would, a steak with flavor and tenderness not bland and tough, drinks were good..the pizza at the hungry wolf was good. "The hot tub was very, very hot. This hotel was great until it came time for breakfast. I will never pay what was asked for them to "make" food. My fault for not checking what breakfast options there were. Just disappointed in that part of the stay."

"We had a multi-night stay in Cadillac. Hotel rooms are dated; but they’re currently working on a remodel. The pool room is definitely in need of a renovation- the hand rail on the right side of entering the pool isn’t even attached to the cement anymore. Our shower was not only unclean, but after cleaning it we found out it didn’t drain so they said they would move us to another room with a working shower. We had a lot of stuff and had to move it ourselves and we didn’t get an upgrade or discount or anything for our troubles with that situation. We moved 2 doors down and within a few hours new people were moved into the room - without them fixing the shower. There were so many kids without supervision (lots of running up and down hallways and yelling) that we couldn’t sleep well and the kids were so unruly in the pool room we couldn’t enjoy that either. The breakfast is hot, but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to taste. However, the staff is wonderful. Ameara was very welcoming and accommodating and offered to take pictures of our group and was just a lovely individual who is doing her best. She made our stay as good as it could be. "

"Rm had a dirty bandaid on side of jacuzzie dried scum marks in the shower. Ive stayed the there numerous times and this was by far the worst time. Paid 350 dollars for a dirty rm and only stayed one night got stuck in a snow storm second night and didnt make it back. I do not recommend, they do not care that there rms are dirty and will not correct it but lie to you and tell you they clean there bathrooms everyday but my pictures tell me different. "
