"Room was bare minimum, property was dated. It was not what I was expecting. We did not have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Shelves under the TV were provided. I would not recommend. We were on the 2nd floor and had to lug our suitcases upstairs, there was no elevator. That information was not provided."

"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us to fit our needs. (I was expecting with this wonderful upgrade there would have been some kind of up charge) NOT at all. They upgraded us to a condo where we had more than enough room!!!
Along with our stay the staff there were very helpful! We will definitely be back."
