About this space
Casa Bella Bugambilia is a newly renovated home located in the quiet neighborhood of Santiago in Centro Merida. It is about 10 to 15 minute walk to both Santiago and Santa Ana Park and about 25 minute walk to Plaza Grande and Paseo Montejo. There is also Centenario Zoo for guests with children only 20 minute walk away. Casa Bella Bugambilia is a perfect place to enjoy both the busy local attractions of Centro Merida as well as the quiet and relaxing neighborhood of Santiago.
The space
The house accommodates up to 4 guests in beautifully designed family friendly layout with open concept kitchen and living room with high ceilings and abundant natural lighting. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite and an additional full bathroom in the living room area making it 3 full bathrooms.

The Master bedroom has one king size bed and looks out onto the pool area with direct access to the pool and the patio. It has its own mini garden that allows additional natural lighting into the room as well as to the connecting large ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds on a uniquely raised floor with a large window looking out onto the sitting area by the relaxing outdoor garden in the middle of the house.

The house is also designed with mosquito netting throughout the outdoor space in order to better enjoy the nature.

The backyard has a beautiful pool with water fall feature where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather in Merida. It also has a gate for families with small children as an extra security.

The house is fully furnished with high-end furniture and air conditioning in all rooms. Kitchen and dining are fully equipped with quality appliances, flatware and tableware to make the stay extra comfortable. The décor is clean and modern with touch of ‘home sweet home’ with handmade items from the locals to make your stay more serene and memorable.

Please note this house is a pet free house therefore pets are NOT allowed.

House is also equipped with Wifi Deco M5 mesh router providing average internet speed of 197 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload.

Pool is not heated so the water may be slightly colder in the winter seasons (Dec and Jan). It is common to see unheated pools in warm climate regions such as in Merida. You can still enjoy the pool during the winter seasons especially during the day.

Free street parking is available for guests with cars.

Electricity consumption for stays of 3 nights is included. For stays of between 3 and 7 nights the guest has a consumption of 50usd included, in stays of 7 nights or more the guest has a consumption of 100usd. Any excess over consumption included will be covered by the guest.
