"Everything was super neat and clean!!"

"Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m. "

"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay. "We had breakfast at the Minnehaha Cafe and the steak was cooked perfectly - the only problem was it was a bit salty. Who puts salt on the steak when it's already gotten butter on it? Other than that, we enjoyed it. "
