### Cheerful and Chic Upper Unit Close to Everything!

Stylish and happy upper unit in the heart of Midtown! This 1915 apartment building has tons of historic charm but with modern amenities and updates. The shared balcony upstairs is perfect for morning coffee. The unit itself is colorful and chic, with contemporary furnishings, vintage touches and original hardwood floors. The large great room gets a ton of natural light, and is the perfect place to kick back and watch some tv on the gold mod sofa or get some work done at the vintage emerald green desk, backed by Anthropologie wallpaper. When it's time for sleep the queen bed is memory foam and super comfortable, and the entire room is surrounded by blackout curtains. The kitchen has just been completely renovated with oxblood red cabinets, new appliances, flooring and countertops. The light-soaked spacious bathroom is also brand new.  
  
The entire apartment is yours. The only shared spaces on the property are the balcony, laundry room in basement, and parking lot. This is a back upper apartment, accessed through a somewhat narrow staircase. If you have any trouble with stairs, I would recommend booking a downstairs unit instead.

#### Lovely stay!

We stayed for 5 days in the cheerful and chic upper unit. The booking and check in process was super easy and the property manager reached out immediately after booking as well as before our stay and throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again!
