"Wonderful stop on on journey. The kitchenette was equipped with everything that we might have needed. All very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely return."

"Hostel style, one sleeps in a wooden box in a large shared room. Bathrooms are very nice, everything is communal. That increases social interactions and people are generally respectful and engaging, eager to help each other. The cost is low and for a place to stay and enjoy Melk, it was fine. The GPS points you to the other side of the building, rather, the place is on the street closer to the train line."

"Check in and out was incredibly easy, and pleasant. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and checked in, I was then given great maps and directions from the hotel to the Abbey and locations I wished to visit during my stay. It was all very lovely!"

"Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was nice however we generally arrived about 45 minutes before the end and some items were not available. There is a large carpark underneath with reasonable charges. The bar is open 24/7 which is nice should you need it. Close to a couple of nice restaurants and a short walk to the old town."
