A 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Our home is in a safe and secure complex, close to RMIT, Chinatown, Bourke Street Mall, and Flagstaff Gardens. You can walk to Melbourne Central Station & Queen Victoria Market from this easy-access location. Our building is within the free tram zone area - minutes away from some of Melbourne's best local restaurants, marking this quiet, simple home ideal for students, tourists, or business travelers! You are booking a furnished and central apartment! Note: If you prefer not to share beds, our sofa/sofabed is available with extra bedding incurring an additional cost. Please let us know if you'd like to arrange this. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy - please treat it as your own home. We're available for contact through the VRBO chat.
