Bluetopia is located in a beautiful quiet street and set back off the road and only footsteps to the National Park trails. Framed by native Moonahs, this beachside property sits perfectly in its coastal landscape. An abundance of light infiltrates the interiors, which are anchored by polished solid timber flooring. Tastefully decorated to enhance the seaside ambiance. Perfect for entertaining with numerous options to choose from, including an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the solar heated pool and backyard. This property is ideal for a couple of families or small groups. Ideally located ten minutes walk from the iconic Number 16 Beach, cafe, and general store. You can meander along the walking trails that line the dunes and surf beaches, dine at the local restaurants and cafes, or indulge yourself at the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs just a few minute's drive away. \* Living \* A massive front deck allows sunlight to drench the main living zone with high ceilings adding to the feeling of space. The fantastic open plan lounge/dining with stunning kitchen features a large waterfall island bench and is equipped with all the latest appliances including coffee machine and filtrated water tap & TV.
