"Room was clean, staff were very helpful. We went to the second floor restaurant for breaky buffet and it has great variety. The rooftop has infinity pool and jacuzzi and we enjoyed having a dip in the evening."

"The staff at this hotel are exceptional; I've never encountered such helpful service during my travels through over 30 countries. They go above and beyond to assist. When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. Despite being a little late for our intercity train, their support was outstanding—they even texted me to confirm I boarded the train. I didn’t miss it. That’s how caring they are.
