"We add reserved a different VRBO for our stay, but that one cancelled us due to a water leak. Fortunately, we were able to book this one on short notice. We had stayed there before. It is a very nice place for a couple. Very clean and well stocked. The host is very responsive and accommodating."

"The guest house was spotless— and well-equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the sun. We couldn’t have asked for a better location— walkable— and convenient. Highly recommend!! "

"We had a great stay here. Home was nice and had alot of fun with the ping pong table and hot tub. There was a throw blanket on the top bunk that had pee on it, but was easy to wash. Clean over all, nice size yard and shower."

Great location within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shopping, and quick driving distance to most of the city. Courtney has done a fabulous job of creating a cozy retreat that has everything we needed including a kitchenette, washer/dryer, and a comfortable bed. Courtney was very attentive and wanted to make our stay was everything we wanted it to be. She even provided some fresh eggs from her chicken coup. We will be back for sure. Thanks!"

"The property was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed, on a nice wooded hillside with a river view. We appreciated the kind welcome from our hosts and made good use of the wood fired stove and laundry. Our kids appreciated having some games to play, and we liked exploring the national forest nearby."

"The home is charming, clean, and peaceful, with a deck overlooking a beautiful back yard. It is close to downtown but in a quiet, safe neighborhood and set back a bit from the street. Very roomy. The kitchen is great, and it was nice to have bottled water on arrival! We were in the area for a soccer tournament and it was an ideal jumping off point for the various venues we had to attend. "
