Tiffany, the inn keeper, Was very accommodating for my elderly wheelchair-bound mother. Views of the river were beautiful. "We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25.
