« The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

« We were in town for a 4 day event at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. My son and I stayed at the cottage and it was everything we wanted/needed. It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. « Location was great as we were in town for our daughter's soccer senior weekend and wanted to be close to campus and the athletic stadium. The house offered the space and sleeping arrangements we needed. There were not many "extra" amenities and I needed to request more TP (was given a small starter pack) and was not able to get more so had to buy our own.
