« only one towel was provided in the room. put out bed was absolutely disgusting with stains and still dark wet stain on edge, no working soda machines. air conditional barely put out cold air. only one room key worked, outlets in room were so worn out they would not hold a charger in them and the provided usb charges did not work. toilet paper was so thin you could almost see through it. only cold cereal and a waffle maker were available for the "provided" breakfast. »

« For the price of the room I expected a cleaner, more well maintained room. Cracked tile in the bathroom and dirt in the corners. Outdated amenities. Check in staff was Incredible! So nice and friendly. Breakfast offerings were below average. »

« They were excavating the driveway and ran the jackhammer, concrete saw and then blew off the parking lot with a leaf blower at 8:00 pm Two days after we left another charge appeared on my credit card for 177.20 I called and was told it was a simple error and they would call me back tomorrow. « There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...
