« The host provided everything we needed and then some like coffee, snacks, bottled water, fluffy towels, soft bed linens, and a make-up mirror. Our son and family live close by so we could spend the day with them,and then come back to Hummingbird Hideaway in the evening. »

« Enjoyed my stay! Loved the walk-in shower!Being an old guy, I could have used brighter lighting over the bathroom and kitchen sink. The hood light wouldn’t come on as well. Not real tech savvy, I couldn’t get the Fire-stick to work. Would also suggest having some salt, granulated onion and garlic in the spice cupboard. All in all I would consider staying at this property again. The location was good as well! »

« Perfect place, close to everything, we needed, but tucked quietly away for privacy and peace. It was sparking clean and so nicely decorated. The new King bed/mattress was heavenly. Loved the lighted headboard. I need to know where you got this. Parking was great. I highly recommend this beautiful place. The host was also very responsive, although nothing went wrong. »

« The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!! »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Comfortable. The host Donna was always easy to contact and always on top of things. The house was right downtown in walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. The house was perfect for my husband and I. We’ll definitely be back to stay. »

« Great all around stay! The host was easy to get in contact with, the property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood with amenities! Lots of parking spaces! Nice and clean space! My only complaint is that there is only one key fob so if you are separating at any point it’s kind of inconvenient but other than that no complaints! »

« This is a hidden gem. We just got back from a stay at Dark Horse in Franklin, and it was honestly the best stay we have ever had. Beautiful, spotless, and genuinely unique, you are literally staying in a working recording studio, but it still feels calm, comfortable, and relaxing... a one-of-a-kind mansion. If you want to experience Music City from the inside while being a short drive from Nashville, this is a must. We would book it again without thinking. »

« This was a cute and comfy place to stay. It is very clean, in a convenient area of town and works well if you are not in need of a place where you can make your own meals. The kitchenette is very basic, with just a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge but everything was set up nicely. It was quiet and enjoyable! »
