"I had a great short stay thanks to Meg, who was sooo nice and accommodating. I missed my flight and she made me feel so much better! She even suggested some things for me to do during my “unplanned” stay. Also, I can’t forget to mention Barrington who was the shuttle driver. He was such a nice guy! He was extremely helpful and made sure I was on my flight ON TIME the next day! "

"This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. And honestly, it's one of the only airport hotels around JFK that is somewhat reasonably priced, IMO. The airport shuttle was super efficient and convenient. The front desk attendant even went through and specially made sure that everyone who signed up for the shuttle at that time was there. I would book again, no question. "

"Spent one night to catch a flight in the morning. Reception staff wasn't overly friendly but definitely quick to check-in and check-out. Bottles of water were given to us upon arrival. The lady putting out the continental breakfast welcomed me to take some items even though it was at least 2 hours prior to breakfast hours. Felt very safe staying and keeping my car here for the night. Great stay!!"
