« We visited the area for a music concert at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater and found this location to be an ideal place to settle back after the concert. The owner of this 30 acre farm lives nearby but not too near by. We texted at times ( like when the TV weathermen were explaining maybe to seek shelter, which the owner graciously offered. This adorable house is in the perfect location and gives us the extra space needed for “spillover”…so much better than staying at a hotel. « This home was very comfortable and we will stay here again! There was plenty of room, and it was nice for small children. There is a door to the steps going upstairs so we didn’t need a baby gate, and the kids playroom was a big hit! The beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We were completely satisfied! »

« The house was very beautiful, very clean, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood near one of the main steets in Owensboro. It was very easy to access the grocery store, restaurants, and nearby highways. Also, the screened in porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and a night cap. The hosts were very hospitable and very responsive to my questions. Definitely would stay here again! »

« As soon as we walked in my husband could smell cigarette smoke. When we got home any clothing we wore smelled of smoke also. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of. He also made a trip out to the house to help us with the WiFi. Home is very remote so it can be spotty at times. He also put a new filter in the air conditioner. Great host!
