"I won’t stay here again. The room was super noisy. The towels were like using a paper towel. There was no closet, only a rack that would hardly keep my husband’s shirts off the ground. Breakfast was minimal with little seating."

"Staff was nice and friendly when checking in. Parking is tight, and trucks take up 2,3, 4 spaces per truck. They dont get plates at check in to monitor this. They accept pets, but there is no grass anywhere except the tiny strip between the sidewalk and busy highway. We did walk a few blocks around to a park and cemetery. Beds were good and clean. Room ceiling is office ceiling tiles...one was missing in ours..very weird. Breakfast was mediocre. We just stayed one night with my parents in another room. Overall was fine, trucks all over the parking and parking in the handicap spots too was probably the worst part. "

"Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!"

"Parking was great. Some screaming cats at nighttime were a surprise but not a big deal. Only serving breakfast on the weekend was a disappointing surprise as that was not mentioned on the travel webpage we chose the hotel from."

"Stayed with family, staff is super friendly, our room was basic but nice and clean. Loved that the had a coffee machine with may options like Latte and Cappucino, plain, decaf etc, every hotel should have one! Could use a bit of updating but not much I can complain on. Would stay again"
