« Communication was great. The space was clean and had a comfortable bed. »

« We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...

« This is a wonderfully unique home with delightful surprises at every turn. The attention to detail is amazing and thoughtful consideration is evident everywhere. Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. »

« We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code. Lockbox was located on a dark side of the property and we were lucky to have flashlights with us.Upon finally accessing the property we found it unclean and we ended...

« This waa overall a great place to stay. Very nice, clean, pet friendly. Wouldve loved to hve a amall fence area for the dogs to run aome but other than that, absolutely highly recommeneded »

« The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental. »
