"We liked the areas for sitting outside, to sit with a coffee, talk and relax. It was convenient to have a fridge. A very different accommodation but typical for the island. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Have been renting in the Hamptons for 20 years for August. Needed a few weeks this year in July and grabbed this place. It was great from minute one. Owner made check in easy, house is user friendly, well appointed and the location was great. There weren’t any problems, but the owner was very responsive to our unique questions or requests. We will be back. "
"Barons Cove Inn is very well located i.e. walkable to pretty much everything. It’s also charming, somewhat quirky, clean, comfortable, has very nice room amenities and internet access, a friendly attentive staff, a nice bar and restaurant, a lovely pool, is waterfront and has a great front porch with rockers. What’s not to like? We’ll definitely be making return visits. "

"Ray offered to get us into the house before the actual check in time. The house is fully equipped and in the best location. We were 2 families travelling with adult children, everyone is very active - this house has so much to offer, the pool, ping pong table, work out space, and so much more. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk into town every day and Sag Harbor is the cutest little town. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you Ray!"

"It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you "
