"Monique at the front desk was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She should get a raise. Unfortunately the maid service needs a lot of help. When we had an issue we couldn’t call down to the front desk since we didn’t have a working phone. When we tried calling the front desk from our cell phone no one answered and my husband had to go down himself twice to get towels. That shouldn’t happen."

"Lena was super helpful to us as was Mya and Miles did an excellent job checking us out. The lines were pretty long for check in and check out- busy hotel. The staff was all friendly (with the exception of one concierge who phoned it in but Ennis was wonderful). Clean property and great central location- easy walking to the Quarter, down to the Riverfront Walk and toward uptown for great dining. Close to Layfayette Park for the free Wednesday park concerts in April May that we enjoyed!"
