"I stayed 2 weeks here and had a great time - the appliances are all new and working well, there is a large TV, and the location of the building is incredible, right next to French Quarter, Harrah's, Sheraton, etc. My only complaints are the noise and the cleanliness. There are lots of dents/holes in the walls, and lots of miscellaneous stains that I feel could have been cleaned up with more care. These stains were gross to look at and there was one on each wall.
