The layout of the house, the interior design, the views, the solitude, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, an amazing porch with wood burning fireplace, the sauna in the basement, large number of social gathering spots, but still plenty large enough to have some alone time when needed. 25 years of renting for us and this place stands out as the clear best ever! »

« My fiancé and I came to Marquette for a getaway prior to our wedding and we could not have been more pleased with Phil's cabin. The cabin itself was well-appointed and charming and the setting is a naturalist's dream. We were close enough to downtown to partake of everything Marquette has to offer, well within numerous beautiful hiking spots, and the convenience store is quirky and charming. We will definitely be back again! »

« We absolutely loved this cabin! It was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done—attention to detail everywhere. Having a full kitchen and laundry made our longer stay really easy. Even though the cabins are fairly close, it still felt private and peaceful. Quiet nights, bright stars, and such a great view of the lake.We had tons of chances to explore with our pup and came during peak fall colors, which was stunning. The kayaks were awesome, and we even made a trip to Munising—downtown is super...

« We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! We brought the kids out on the lake with sleds and four-wheelers and made some great family memories. The hosts even had a Christmas tree set up for us, which we were so thankful for—we had planned to bring one but ran out of room.It was the perfect meeting spot, about six hours for us coming from Minnesota and six hours for our other family coming from Michigan. The sauna and hot tub were an added bonus, especially after being outside. The garage was...
