He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. "Reception staff on both night and morning shifts were welcoming and very friendly. However, the room maintenance needs attention there were cracks in the bathroom, and the heating system felt outdated. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with very limited choice, poor quality, and no hot options. Barely qualifies as breakfast. The room price was reasonable."
