"We called down to the desk the night we checked in to get help with TV. Said someone would be up in 10 minutes but that person never showed up. In the morning we called again and the person came shortly but we had to leave the room. Why?"

"The staff were helpful and very nice. Never ignorant. We liked that. We didn't like it that there was less in the breakfast room than last year, considering we paid $10 extra per person for 4 people, and that they had to unlock the door to let guests in. They also didn't get rid of the trash in the cans or change bags. No fresh towels in the bathroom after two being used. They also didn't change linens and make the beds while we were out for the day. Some staff were talking out loud in the hallway real early in the morning while I was sleeping, and they woke me up."

"The room was very clean, and the bathroom looked recently remodeled. There was a strange smell from probably a cleaning solution, and the carpet looked old, but other than that, the room was very clean. The only thing I would want changed is the window in the bathroom needs a curtain. It's about 6 feet off the ground and small, but it feels like someone could peep in. Very convenient location, right off the I-91."
