« Check in at 4pm out at 11:am only stayed one night. Very clean, quiet, easy to find and great location. Unless you stay more than one night you dont really get a chance to enjoy the place. It was chilly, it went from 75 degrees the day before to 35 degrees the next day, we really enjoyed the fire place, it was gas. I love having outdoor fires, but that wasn't possible it thunderstormed and rained. The gas fireplace was an awesome secondary plan, and very comfortable. I would visit again.. »

« The property was exactly as described and we had no issues at all. They provided a good bundle of starter wood and has fire starter as well. Fishing poles and tackle, and the kids spent hours fishing (catch n release). It was a very nice quick stay. It was a cool night so we could have used more blankets in the RV, but that was the only thing we could have changed. Super close to Ohiopyle and hiking trails. Loved that the RV was under an enclosure with picnic table-- simple perfect. »

« The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way.
We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited.
Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold.
If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available.
Furthermore, the options are more limited for dinner. There is only a gas station / limited eatery that stop serving at 6:30pm. The little town, Confluence is about 5 miles away. After that you are out of luck.

« The room was very cute and the service staff were very helpful. The room looked very clean however there was a TERRIBLE mildew smell that made it hard for me to sleep due to respiratory issues. I felt uncomfortable because the smell was so strong it made me feel like there might’ve been a mold issue. Aside from the smell I would have given 5 stars. I called the front desk to see if a room switch was possible but I was told they were completely booked which is understandable. Hope they fix this...
