"I was blown away by this property from the very second I walked in! The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. The house was amazing, clean, and roomy. It had a huge, fully stocked kitchen where I got to make Thansgiving dinner. Loved the soaking bathtub to unwind. We look forward to returning one day. Thank you for sharing such a perfect place!"

"We were in California for 2 weeks and the stay at this property was the highlight of our whole trip. My wife and kids loved it here. The peace and quiet were especially gratifying with us coming from a big city. We even got to gold pan in the creek which the kids absolutely loved. The hosts could not have been better. The welcome we got there was like as if we were visiting family. I cannot say enough about Christine and Michael. They educated us on the area and were available for any questions...

"Well maintained property. Hosts thought of everything one may need for a comfortable stay. Living area/kitchen is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Outside areas perfect for family fun. The gentleman that opened the hat for us was very nice. One thing I did notice was that other guests left some condiments, groceries. We needed an ingredient and noted that it was out dated. Hosts may need to go thru leftover items and discard the outdated ones."

"We are a traveling trio of 2 sisters and 1 lifelong friend -- we have done cruises and national parks and interesting cities together. We were in the area to visit Yosemite and wanted a nice comfortable place to stay. This Oaks and Pines cabin was perfect, complete with the promised "meandering deer". "It was a cute house, very spacious! They are great at communication. It is a drive however to Yosemite valley. About an hour and a half. They stock really well on dishes. And they do provide coffee and filters but you will need sugar and creamer if you use those. There’s no broom to clean up with during your stay. That is something I wish they offered to leave out, even a vacuum for any messes that could happen during the stay. There was one bottle of multi purpose cleaner and one roll of paper...

"Relaxing and convenient to two Yosemite entrances (El Portal and Mariposa Grove). Six rooms in three separate buildings. Private deck area for each room. Modern bathrooms and great AC/heat. Satisfying breakfast. Quiet rural location. Highly recommend! "
