"Really handy for the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The freebies were much appreciated and I loved that I had a kettle in the room. My own issue was that the bed was really high and being just 5’ 2” I struggled to get in and out of it."

"The reservation was cancelled without any notification or prior warning. I arrived at the auto-check-in machine, which informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because I wanted to check in one day later. According to the terms and conditions published on hotels.com, cancelling a reservation is not an explicit consequence of a later check-in. This alone already constitutes a breach of the booking contract. I would also like to point out that I received no notification whatsoever about the cancellation – if I had, I would obviously have looked for another hotel. As a result of this situation, I spent over an hour in the freezing cold (the check-in machine was located outside). During the first phone call with an agent, the line dropped and no one answered my subsequent calls (and there were many of them within that hour). Only after calling from my work phone number was I able to speak to someone again and learn that the reservation had indeed been cancelled and that there were no more rooms available at that hotel. Consequently, I initiated the refund process, which will now be handled in the coming days/weeks. In summary, I strongly do not recommend this place. It is a fully automated hotel with no serious customer service and an unclear reservation policy that, in my case, only generated further problems."

"Es war OK. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück OK. man muss immer sehen wo ich übernachtet 3/4/ 5 Sterne. Also alles OK aber für uns die Betten zu weich. Waren schon zum 2 mal dort, und werden wohl auch wieder da übernachten."

"Overall the room was nicely sized, clean and comfortable for one adult and 2 kids. Only complaint I have is that no cleaning has been done, despite my request per hotel procedure - only got garbage emptied and new towels but no vacuum cleaning, no bathroom cleaning and no fresh beds. Very disappointed for a 8 nights stay. "

"Hotel is in a great location to city center, but the condition of the rooms are old and in need of renovation, bath rooms were not clean to 4 Star standard, and the toilet was not cleaned as well. Rated as 4 Stars, not up to 4 Stars."

"Lovely apartment with great kitchen and comfortable beds. I would recommend for family or a few couples. The location is close to town centre and it’s easy to get out of town as well. I am very happy that my rental car was a medium sized one as getting onto the prop for parking requires getting over a bridge. Very manageable with a small/medium sized car. The communication with property administration was excellent and they were immensely helpful. "
