Maricopa County Vacation Packages

The room was beautiful and clean. Very much of a home feeling. In the bathroom jacuzzi was great and relaxing. What I did not like was, in the room I stayed in had a connecting room that was being occupied. That’s something that made me feel very uncomfortable, I feel that should have been relied to me at check in. Also, I called in the morning to ask for 15 extra minutes so I could clean up and be sure I had all of my belongings. The female that answered was very very rude. Check out was at 11:00am and I understand that but 15 minutes to do the hotel a favor and clean up after myself is a bit ridiculous. Also, when booking my reservation I was told that the hotel was pet friendly but at check in there is a $150 pet non refundable cleaning fee. So I had a friend pick up my two 5 pound dogs.

Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus!

This property was great, very retro. Rooms were clean, and nice. Food in the restaurant was good as well as drinks at the bar. The girls at the front desk were awesome, and Sam in valet went above and beyond to help me out. 10 out of 10 would def stay here again.

The lock on the balcony was clearly broken/worn, so it was difficult to lock the balcony at night and unlock in the morning to use it.

Great place to stay.
