Sometimes you come across a holiday home that instantly feels good. This is one of those. Around the fireplace in the spacious living room, you can lounge and watch television, while at the large dining table, you have enough space to discuss what tomorrow's day will look like. Simultaneously there is plenty of space to play a card game at the small table. If you don't feel like playing, the sauna with relaxation room offers peace and relaxation
The sliding doors provide access to the large covered terrace, where you can enjoy the private garden and mountain views. On-site parking is large enough for three cars. The house is located on the connecting road between the villages of Maria Alm and Hinterthal, and is accessed via a small mountain road that brings you to the house (after 200 metres). It's at a very quiet location, yet centrally located with the ski bus around the corner. In a few minutes by car, you are in the centre of Maria Alm. The cosy village square is surrounded by nice terraces. The first ski lift starts right in the village (also in summer) which gives direct connection to the entire Hochkönig Ski Area.

Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale area and good location. A medium-sized ski area is right on your doorstep with challenges for every type of skier. And not too far away you can be in Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
The other village, Hinterhal, is even closer and is in the middle of the ski area. From 1,000 metres above sea level, you can directly step into the lift from the village.
Thanks to its location, high in the mountains, Hinterthal is a snow-sure ski village and within minutes you are in beautiful nature with many hiking and climbing trails
The Hochkönig ski area is part of the immense ski region Ski Amadé with 120 kilometres of slopes! Ski like a king over the white and beautifully groomed slopes here. You will find numerous mountain huts serving delicious regional and international cuisine!
Many sporting activities in the area make this location attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers are in for a treat, and a superb golf course is nearby.
Some 340 kilometres of hiking trails lie at your feet. Take a refreshing dip in one of the crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the Austrian sunshine
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
