« I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...

« Beautiful land and venue with great location! Absolutely loved those aspects and would’ve given it more stars if there were no concerns. The only issues we had were regarding cleanliness (a very strong mold smell resulting from a kitchen sink leak in the cabinet below) and pest infestations in the kitchen. Both were communicated to the property manager who advised they relayed them to the owners. We made it work as we weren’t at the house much at all, but it would have been very nice to receive...
