    POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not. If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

    Your home rental requires your cooperation and compliance with simple common sense house rules and Marco Island ordinances.

Communications were excellent. Minor issues were taken care of immediately with one call. Appliances, grill, pool toys, bicycles, fishing poles are all there. Plenty of outdoor seating. Check-in after hours is easy. I highly recommend this home and agent.
