Spread over 3 levels, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it offers everything a modern home should have. Large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. A parking space right at the front door. A large back patio with plenty of space to enjoy. The communal pool is just a stonethrow away. Come and enjoy this fantastic getaway house any time of the year! Guest Access: Access to the apartment is keyless. You can enter with your phone via a personal Magic Link. You will receive it on the day of arrival. The Neighborhood: Our apartments and houses are located in the Los Naranjos de Marbella urbanisation, a very popular destination as it is only 1.5 km from Puerto Banus. It´s a beautiful Mediterranean-style complex with apartment buildings no more than two stories high (no elevator). The complex has swimming pools, tropical gardens, enormous palm trees and emits a unique natural setting in Marbella. There are 2 cafes and a supermarket - Mercadona. The complex also has 24 hrs security. We have a Reception where we can assist you at any time with housekeeping and maintenance services.
