The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops. Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge; on the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower bath. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room. 🏊‍ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round.
