The apartment

A newly furnished studio on the first line of the Paseo Marítimo, with the Puerto Deportivo marina and a wide beach right opposite. Everything inside is new: two boxspring beds, a sofa bed, a smart TV.

Sleeping is two 90 x 200 boxspring beds plus a 144 x 200 sofa bed, so it sleeps 3 — two or three adults, or a small family with up to two children. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is compact but properly equipped: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and toaster. There is a washing machine, an iron and board, and a hairdryer. Air conditioning warms and cools, and the WiFi is fast enough for video calls, with a workspace set up for remote work.

The indoor balcony has sliding windows and looks over the marina and the sea. Beach chairs are included.

The building has a lift and a doorman.

The location

The heart of central Marbella, on the first line of the Paseo Marítimo, opposite the marina and a wide beach.

Step out and the beach is right across the promenade. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk, and Puerto Banús is 6 km away. Restaurants, shops, bars and a small supermarket are right around the corner. No car needed.
