Waterfront luxury Villa (30) with sunset views and boat slip

This spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water.
Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.

Dock Details:

Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind! We also invite you to explore our Guide to the Keys, where you'll find detailed information about all of our rental units, their dock slips, proximity to the pool, and recommendations on the best places to eat, explore, and unwind.

Pet Policy: Dogs may be considered—please inquire ($350 pet fee per pet).
Note: All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs and require the use of stairs.

Relaxing and a good location for our family

Enjoyed sitting on the back porch, and even saw manatees in the canal right outside. Beautiful view of the sunset, many great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Walgreens and a short drive to Winn Dixie and Publix. We didn’t use it much, but the pool is very nice! Would definitely return for another stay!

we booked on a whim, last minute, limited research and it turned out to be an excellent experience. Great location, great house, nice people in the development, great ammenities (gym, pool). Good communication with the property managers. We are going again sometime !

Beautiful sunset views!!

My husband and I plus 1 other couple enjoyed this vacation home. Home is very spacious and accommodating. Pros: spacious master with pvt balcony. beautiful sunset views, Con: if you depend on internet, it was down most of the time. Could not watch TV downstairs as remote did not seem to work. 2 additional bedrooms are very small, and beds were not comfortable for 2 adults.

My week at indigo Reef

Great location and facilities. Only downside was ongoing construction on docks that went from 8 AM to 5 PM every day. Parking is limited with one covered parking space per unit tho additional spaces are available at the Club house.. And, some noise from planes landing and taking off nearby. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful

The property looks exactly like the photos. The townhouse is very well maintained and clean! If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway, this is it. The house is stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. We had a wonderful week and are already looking forward to returning!

Beautiful spot in the keys

My first trip to the keys will be a memorable one. Indigo Reef is tucked away overlooking the Gulf with a wonderful pool and view. Our villa was bright, clean and exactly what we hoped for. Would definitely recommend for a family or several couples looking for a good jumping off point to explore the area.

Great property. The accomodations were excellent, weather was great, cleanliness of the property was excellent. 2 minor issues, one was a margarita maker that hadn't been cleaned and the other was an electric outlet next to the stove that didn't work. Access to the water for kayaking was not readily available but the pool was great. We will definitely consider coming again. Seating on the front porch could use cushions. The neighbors and other vacationers were really friendly, made us feel right at home. John, thank you for the welcome instructions. Our stay was very nice.

Picture perfect relaxation!

My family of 12 including 9 adults and 3 kids (2-4yrs) stayed in neighboring units and it was perfect. Everything is true to the pictures -- clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed with necessities. My absolute favorite is the porch overlooking the water where I'd read in he afternoons and have a cocktail during sunset. Even better if you have a boat because it's pulled right up to the dock! And the pool is just steps away. It's a quiet area that's good for relaxing but there's also lots of grassy area to run and sidewalks for walking or riding bikes. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would love to book again and make this a yearly Thanksgiving tradition!
