The master suite includes a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual vanities. The guest bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a pyramid bunk (twin, full, twin) and the other with a queen bed. The shared guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a laundry area is located in the hallway between bedrooms, and a half bath is available on the main level off the living room. Outdoor Amenities:Beneath the home, you'll find a vibrant outdoor retreat complete with a colorful picnic table, a lobster trap bar table, a high-top table with seating, and plenty of Adirondack chairs. String lights create a welcoming evening ambiance. A propane grill is located near the swim spa for your enjoyment. Parking: Room for 2-3 vehicles (without a trailer). If bringing a boat, park the trailer on the left side of the house (avoiding the mailbox) and fit up to two cars in the driveway. Note: This property does not include dockage. Guests can store their boat on a trailer and launch it daily at nearby public ramps. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size.
