This half duplex is located on the ocean side of the Keys with a private 37' dock space. Three lots away from the ocean- 600 feet to marked, deep cut channel so you will be in deep water fishing in no time.16' X 10' Above Ground Pool. Two tandem kayaks and two bicycles on site. Clean your catch on the fish cleaning table. Impact windows and doors. New air conditioners. Microwave, glass-top range, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and most importantly a Ninja blender to make those frozen drinks! Barbecue to cook your fresh or to cook up anything you'd like. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views from the dock. Cable and Netflix included. There is plenty of parking for your boat, trailer, and vehicles.

Less than 4 miles to Sombrero Beach. The beach has picnic pavilions, a children’s playground, volleyball court, restrooms, and showers. The sandy strip is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing in the shallow water.

Close to Publix and Winn-Dixie(groceries), great restaurants, and all the conveniences.

The most responsive host of all of VRBO. Our pool was mostly shaded so it wasn’t as warm as the other side. Literally zero complaints and looking forward to our return when possible. We were able to park the rented pontoon at the dock and the kayaks were fantastic.

Two Peas in the Keys host Ernie responded quickly to inquiries prior to and during our week's visit. The duplex had everything needed for the beach, fishing, plenty of parking, comfortable furniture, bedding, a well supplied kitchen, wonderful lounging areas outside of the duplex, spent several hours each day on the back porch, every amenity listed was on site.

Perfect vacation

What a beautiful piece of paradise. Centrally located to easily explore the Keys with everything you need and more. We took advantage of the bikes and kayak provided. The pool was perfect for dipping in and cooling off. We saw iguanas, cranes, pelicans, fish and manatees all from the dock! Highly recommend this place!

Communication was amazing. Property is exactly as described, clean, new and perfect. We really enjoyed the location, close to everything but felt very private. Just a couple houses from the ocean down the canal, kayaks were great to have for short outings. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Week in the 2 peas in the keys

We recently stayed at this property for a week and had an incredible experience. The location was absolutely perfect for a water-based vacation. It was very easy to put our boat in the water, which made it convenient for us to head out for snorkeling, bully netting, lobstering, and fishing. We enjoyed stunning sunsets and sunrises right from the water, which added to the overall experience. The property itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had room to dock two boats, which was a huge plus, and our friends stayed in the space next to us, making it a great setup for a group getaway. The pool, barbecue, washer, dryer, and other amenities were top-notch, providing all the comforts of home. Our host was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided plenty of helpful tips for enjoying the area. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and adventurous getaway on the water. We look forward to returning in the future!

The “Ocean Side Canal Half Duplex” property in Marathon is an excellent example of what a vacation rental should be. The host has thought of everything. It was super clean, had high quality towels and bed linens, a well-stocked kitchen, quality paper products, comfortable bed, well-functioning appliances and lovely beach-themed decor. The bonus of the pool, use of kayaks and being located right on a canal were a real treat. Communicating with the hosts was quick and easy. We stayed 7 nights and would absolutely stay again. Thanks to Ernie for putting in so much effort to make this a wonderful vacation rental!

Perfect place for a couple!

We had the best time staying here! Close to everything and a wonderful little gem to come home to at the end of the day! Very clean and well equipped! I loved the pool to cool off in and the barbecue pit was nice to use a couple times while we were there! Highly recommend this place and the lanai was heavenly at night! Will be going back!

Peaceful oasis

We had a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We went in the pool a couple of times to cool off. We really enjoyed lounging on the back porch. Having the fans out there was helpful to keep us cool. The Publix & Winn Dixie both only about a mile or so down the road. The bikes were in good condition. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable. We’d highly recommend this home!!
