By boat you can also access several restaurants off of Boot Key Harbor including Dockside, Burdiines, and Lazy Days.
Burdines also has a fuel dock, which is close by to the house. If boating and fishing aren't your cup of tea, don't worry! This property has something for everyone. You can relax in the brand new heated pool or take advantage of the included paddleboards for some water activities, and a couple of bikes are included. There are also grilling and outdoor living areas where you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys weather. Fishing right off the dock too. For those looking for beach time, Sombrero Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park is also a short drive of about 20 minutes south. The house itself has multiple levels, with the second floor featuring 3 bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a large tub in the master bath. The second floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, open living areas, and a separate laundry room. The deck on the second floor provides stunning sunset views. The first level offers a private bedroom with a queen bed, a bonus room with a TV for the kids, and a full bathroom.The house is equipped with free high-speed WiFi, making it convenient for remote work or online learning. There are also three Smart TVs with cable for your entertainment needs. The property comfortably sleeps 10 guests across its 4 bedrooms, and there are 3 full bathrooms for added convenience. Parking is ample with space for 6 cars and a trailer. Covered parking is available.
