Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Casa Bella is nestled on a sprawling lot boasting a spacious, modern home offering unparalleled comfort and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. With its 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and bonus bunk area, this home accommodates up to 8 guests, making it a great option for families or groups seeking an unforgettable Florida Keys vacation.   The observation dock is ideal for taking in the open water views, sunsets or fishing or launching kayaks from.

Great location and amazing private pool and tiki hut. Fishing dock on the Atlantic was a plus although water was not too deep. The house was very good, some small upkeep needed maybe, but none of it interrupted the relaxation.

Amazing Outdoor Space!

This property was beautiful-the home is nicely decorated and equipped with everything. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. Best part is the outdoor oasis-huge pool, tiki hut with outdoor kitchen and walk out dock with great ocean views. We enjoyed fishing, swimming and relaxing at night by the fire pit. We did have some issues with tv/internet and small ants in kitchen but the rental agency quickly resolved problems.Would recommend for families with older children-there are a lot of steps to navigate. Also, we experienced noisy construction next door (building 2 new homes)and that was frustrating at times. Overall we really liked this property-roomy, modern and beautiful landscape/outdoor area.

Great Place

The property was very clean and just as listed. Smelled very clean and fresh as soon as we walked in! The pool and dock are great. We had a great time swimming and fishing! Caught lots of fish! This is a great place for a vacation and would love to go back!! Definitely one of the best places I have stayed at in Marathon.

Wonderful vacation

Out door area was awesome, we really enjoyed the pool, tiki hut and screened in porch. The house had a well stocked kitchen and ample beach towels.er had a great time.

New years trip

The trip was amazing. The house was perfect. We had 3 couples and 2 teenagers. Even with the 8 people we had 2 extra beds. House has plenty of space, lounge areas, family room, great heated pool, and dock to fish. Only negatives I can think of are that the property has multiple kayaks you aren't allowed to use and there are no fishing poles. Being that we flew into town we couldn't pack fishing/beach gear. We ended up buying coolers, beach chairs, and fishing poles and left there for futures visitors.

Great location

We stayed with our sons so we could fish, scuba, kayak and relax. The house was close to everything. The house is less than a mile from the Sombrero beach where we fished and kayaked. The house was just as the description and was centrally located. We will definitely stay there again. It was super easy and convenient,

Great Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. So glad we spent a little extra to stay in a private home with a private pool. The home and grounds are larger than online impressions for our party of 6. Plenty of amenities in the house and around the pool. Internet & TV streaming worked well. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Would have liked access to the locked up kayaks though. Some of our best trip pictures were of the sunsets and sunrises right on the dock and from the master suite balcony. Central location was convenient for day trips to Key West & Key Largo. Groceries and shops are just blocks away. Was surprised though by the landscaping crew that showed up unannounced one morning...

Lovely Home

We had a lovely time at our stay here. The house was clean and set up well. It took a couple of days to get the pool heated appropriately, but the property manager was responsive and fixed the issue. We rented kayaks and paddleboards and had a lovely time exploring the area.

Marathon Key Beauty

The property was as advertised. Beautiful home inside and nicely manicured landscaping outside. The only issue I could mention is the lack of a true welcome package that had more substance to it. Most properties I have rented have had more amenities such as dry spices, cooking oil, tin foil, Tupperware, etc. They usually have a write up of what to do in town , dining or recommendations. Also, there were kayaks on the property and I’m not sure why we did not have access to them as the tranquil waters surrounding the property offered a wonderful opportunity to see the water birds up close. We were disappointed by that.
