"Staff rude and disrespectful. Parking sucks and if building is full you cant park and may get towed. I didn’t but someone did. Room inside looks good outside like motel.6"

"The drawers in my room in the dressers would not close. They kept opening and my granddaughter kept hitting herself on the open dreeet drawers. "

"Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, lots of parking, a/c worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool looked clean, although I didn’t get a chance to use it. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Wish there was a small bar of soap for handwashing instead of body wash. Tub was very slick when showering and no grab bars. Nothing in the way of landscaping around the hotel, and didn’t find any equipment in exercise room. Overall stay was pretty good. No coffee maker or hairdryer in room."

The kids were able to book us another room a day before our original visit date, so it was a great 3days through hotel.com with Redroof Inn. It was like a home away from home."
