« It started with a glitch on Expedia app showing after I booked the hotel was called King Bed, which was incorrect. We called them and after many attempts found out it was Lake Washington Inn. The location was the absolute worst in the middle of massive road construction. We arrive at the front desk at 2:45pm and a girl at the desk said it would cost use $10 to check in early. Early? 15min? So we sat in our car for 12minutes. When we went back in at exactly 3:00 she had checked in someone else!...
