The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door didn't properly close..."

Waitress only one was very stressed and talking about other customers. I waited 35 minutes for my coffee and water glass. My husband waited 60 minutes for food. "
