"The rooms are clean and comfortable; Wi-Fi worked well and there was hot water in the shower. I had prepaid with Expedia, but I was asked to pay again in cash at check-in. With my limited Spanish I was able to show my receipt and that was sufficient. The key fob is huge; the idea being that you will hand in your key if you leave the property rather than take it with you. That way they can control access to who is coming and going. It was a nice one night stay. "

"Nice clean, pretty property with pool, good sized room. Was pleasantly surprised that maid service was included daily. Pillows on bed were awesome which is unusual in Ecuador. Only area for improvement of room would be in the bathroom; there is NO hot water for shower and a bath mat would be nice for the slippery tile floor. A towel is provided but not a washcloth. Since I arrived in the evening I asked where I could walk to get dinner. I was advised it wasn’t safe in the area for a gringo girl...
