We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊 »

« Great breakfast! This is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The pool was drained, the elevator was so touchy that it was not usable half the time and the beds were HORRIBLE. Yes bedsss. I tried 3 beds. I tried taking 2 comforters and folding them in half to soften the bed a bit but that really didn't help. The pillows literally smashed down to nothing instantly. I love holiday inn but there's no way I'm doing 4 days like that ever again »
