"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が 置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"

I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric bike and other activities) we also booked breakfast box that is in room breakfast recommend booking it in advance. and we had dinner in there restaurant (La carte) which was lovely. we will stay again for our next japan trip."
