« Hotel tres bien situé à 10 minutes du centre. En face du depart de la navette pour manitou incline. Chambres très spacieuse. Personnel très aimable. En revanche le petit dejeuner n'en est pas un et nous sommes restés 3 nuits et personne n'est passé ne serait ce que pour vider les poubelles. »

« We spent the night to visit Pikes Peak Mountain. The owner at the reception is very smart and helpful. The room is very old-style but clean and the king size bed is very comfortable. The motel is very well situated, a few meters for the city center where you can go out for dinner. And the night is very quiet as there is no real activity around at night. The breakfast is a bit short. Coffee, industrial muffins and corn flakes. All in all, the price should be be cheaper for the room old-fashioned...

« The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic »

« We stayed here two years ago and they were in the process of remodeling. They have made beautiful changes to the property. The place was clean. The one improvement I would suggest is better internet. The TV kept freezing up. We would for sure stay here again and recommend it to our friends. »

« The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to...
