We arrived at Azure close to midnight, only to find out that nobody even the manager on call knows about our 10-day reservation made more than a month ago. We spent almost an hour calling Expedia, gave us a number to call but the issue was not resolved. Imagine us looking for place to stay in the middle of the night! We called Azure the next morning to talk to the administrator who did not know anything about our reservations. The owner is easy to talk to and very responsive with request but the property is not well maintained, there's a lot of maintenance needed, and there are cockroaches crawling. Though they were candid that normally the unit is only catered for 2, they are happy to accommodate a family of four with children using the thin mattress, we were not expecting the roaches. The SM is 10 minutes walk but very difficult to get a taxi/grab due to traffic.
