« Was disappointed on a couple of thing. Needs to be updated, no breakfast coupon for Pine Peaks restaurant. Didn't like the fact a 3.5% "convenience" fee was added at checkout. Pool and hot tub were clean, good coffee bar, nice lobby, close to everything. »

« Checking in was a bit confusing as when you entered the building you would find a note telling you to call a number where you were instructed to look for a building wrapped in paper where you would check-in.. not very convenient. Was told it’s a non smoking building yet when you entered what appeared to be the former lobby, it smelled of smoke.. lack of security for the building as the former lobby door was never locked, anyone could enter the building. Had trouble getting Sufi after two trips...

« We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the places we wanted to visit. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area. Our kids had an amazing time swimming and playing, and it was a great way for the whole family to unwind. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would happily recommend this...
