« Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again. »

La chambre (Khan Khan Suite) est située au sous-sol, peu lumineuse et surtout très bruyante (vous êtes au niveau de la rue avec tous les désagréments, camion poubelle qui passe à 7am, les passants alcoolisés…). « Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...
