Compact but very functional one bedroom condo. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Enjoy new, modern furniture, a super comfortable bed and sleeper couch and newly refreshed kitchenette. Spread out in the spacious living room with a smart TV and enjoy a well appointed kitchen with stove, microwave and all of the dishes and cookware you need. The bathroom features luxe bath products, hair dryer and plenty of towels. Walk right out the slider door to your private patio on the 18th hole where you can enjoy beautiful views year round and great patio furniture for cocktail hour. The layout works well for a solo retreat, a friend's getaway, a romantic couples escape or fun vacation for a small family.

We take our cleaning seriously. All linens, including duvet covers are washed between guests. The condo is thoroughly cleaned and all surfaces are sanitized. We provide a few basic cleaning supplies for your use as well.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the condo and patio. Guests have shared access to beautiful walking paths and lots of green space. Parking lot with plenty of parking near the condo entrance.

You will have contactless access to the condo. As your hosts, we are available by phone, email or text for any questions you have about the space or about the region. We love sharing our favorite restaurant recommendations, hiking spots and wineries, just ask!

This condo is located in the Shanty Creek Resort area. While this is private lodging and you won’t be considered a guest of the resort, many amenities such as restaurants are open to the public and skiing and golf are available for a fee. The condo is less than 15 minutes from downtown Bellaire, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and of course a trip to the famous Short’s Brewery. Enjoy nearby access to beaches on Lake Michigan, Torch Lake and the Chain of Lakes. Hikers and mountain bikers of all abilities will love the beautiful nearby Glacial Hills, with over 30 miles of wooded trails. You are centrally located to dozens of options for perfect Up North day trips including Elk Rapids (40 minutes), Charlevoix (45 minutes), Traverse City (50 minutes).
