  • This light and bright, upgraded 1 bedroom offers a larger floorplan at the Summit in the Bradley building. With renovations throughout, this spacious unit is conveniently located walking distance to the Eagle Lodge lifts and not far from the center of town with groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The main space is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with ceramic stone floors, LED lighting and a private balcony. The living room offers a flatscreen TV with Cable access, a sleeper sofa couch for additional sleeping, or cozy around the wood burning fireplace and get a fire burning. The dining area offers seating for up to 6, ceiling fan, with storage in the entry area to store all of your adventuring gear. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinets, granite stone counters and stainless steels appliances, a double door refrigerator. It offers everything needed to prepare family meals, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a King bed, TV and adjacent is the full bathroom with walk-in shower with tile surround and stone counters. The Summit complex has a work out room, multiple Jacuzzi's, two pools (Summer only), and underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). You can enjoy the convenience of a designated parking space in the underground parking, so no shoveling required! This unit is located in the Bradley building which has elevator access to the 2nd floor. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Clean, good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, walkable to Eagle Lodge. My main complaint would be that the pull out couch is not good - the overall condition & the mattress; would not comfortably sleep any adult and the blankets provided for the couch are thin/old, barely comfortable for two younger kids.

Underwhelmed and Outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were fine. The decor was very outdated and looked like everything was picked up at a garage sale. We only stayed here because we booked a last minute trip and I would definitely never stay here again. Based on the description, the only thing true about this place is that it's close to Eagle Lodge and has great lighting. We have stayed any many places in Mammoth and this one is at the bottom of my list.
